This exercise will take about 15 minutes to complete. In total, allowing for discussion, we recommend allowing about 20 minutes for completion.

• To create a positive state for the day ahead.

This module can be used with groups of up to 20 participants.
You'll Need:
• Small plain postcards for each participant and coloured pencils or pens.
Notes:
Pre-prepare a flipchart with the words, “Creating the right environment for your day is in your mind.” Do not reveal it until the end.
