Background
I am passionate about all things customer relations, sales, team and leadership development. I draw on over 20 years’ experience with large multi-national organisations such as Regus Plc where I held director roles responsible for quality and standards, business development, sales and operations prior to becoming an independent coach and consultant in 2001.
A Swedish national, I am fluent in both English and German. Based in the UK since 1996, I have worked in multicultural environments throughout Europe, Middle East, USA and Asia.
I am a qualified NLP Master Practitioner and Coach, and have designed and delivered training courses on a wide variety of subjects as well as provided facilitation on all levels right across the globe. As an experienced executive coach, I thrive equally on a one-to-one basis and working with large teams. I am a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation) and ICS (Institute of Customer Service).

My passion lies in seeing my clients unlock their potential and grow. Whether I am coaching, facilitating or training, I provide an environment full of energy, warmth and challenge in equal measure which in turn enables my client’s performance to excel.
I have many years’ experience of working with wonderful people from all walks of life, enabling them to develop themselves in whatever role they currently have as a professional in an organization, be it large or small.
I live by my three core values – trust, honesty and respect – and as a result, I work best with clients who share them. I will invest whatever it takes to get to know my clients and their business to find the right balance for our working relationship, ensuring the greatest return on investment.
