Background
Elaine is an experienced facilitator and coach and is passionate about helping individuals and teams to develop to their full potential. She is particularly interested in helping people build their confidence and self-awareness to step up and become even more effective in their roles.
In coaching, Elaine loves to see people “light up” and be inspired and motivated to move towards their vision, goals and ultimately fulfill their purpose. Elaine's background includes 10 years as Head of Learning and Development for Chiltern International Ltd (a contract research organisation) leading a team of learning and development professionals and designing and delivering learning solutions to meet the business training needs. During this time, Elaine has overall responsibility for leadership development and talent management reporting to the board.
Prior to setting up her own company, Full Spectrum Change in October 2019, Elaine worked for Connor, an HR Consultancy, as Head of People Development covering a maternity leave and was responsible for creating and delivering bespoke learning solutions for a range of clients.
As a leadership facilitator, Elaine has a very engaging and enthusiastic style. She is naturally positive and enjoys helping people to develop and challenging them to develop new ways of thinking.
