I am the founder of Blue Octopus Learning which is a new Training and Development Consultancy that I have setup following several years of working within the world of people. I started my career in Change Management where I fell in love with learning about people and trying to understand why they do what they do. This passion quickly moved me into coaching where I became a qualified coach and ran a successful coaching business 'Your Story Coaching'. Over time my love for learning has developed and has evolved into other areas of learning and development including psychometric testing and training facilitation so I felt it was time to expand my offering to become Blue Octopus Learning.
I believe we are all unique and therefore the learning solutions I create are always bespoke to individuals needs for growth.
