My experience has been gained through various roles at British Airways in the People Department including Training Manager; Design and Development Project Manager; Executive Coach; Graduate Programme Manager
My seven years’ experience in the Procurement Department at BA also helped me to understand the commercial reality of business and to apply this in my work with my clients.

I have worked in the freelance arena for the last 9 years and my direct clients have included Vodaphone, The Collective, Seqirus, British Airways, International Hotel Group, John Lewis, Veolia, Premier Foods/Hovis, Heinz, Studio-Output, CLEAN, Jewish Care.
I am an Associate Consultant/Facilitator with a number of learning organisations and support the face-to-face design and delivery of a variety of bespoke learning and development interventions covering a variety of topics for various levels and functions across the respective organisations. Some of these include King, Marine Stewardship Council, Eisai, DHL Express, DHL Freight, Heathrow Airport Limited, Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Management, Merck, Care UK, Tesco and 3M.
Over the last few months I have converted a number of face-to-face learning interventions to virtual learning sessions as well as develop new virtual content around the topics of Resilience, Conscious Leadership, Change Management, Unconscious Bias and Influencing with a focus on keeping human interaction and experiential learning for each participant.
I am a Licensed Practitioner and part of the Insights Learning and Development core facilitator pool working with their direct clients and also part of the Insights Faculty team delivering Insights Discovery Accreditations.
I am an accredited ILM Level 7
