Caroline is based in Buckinghamshire but can operate anywhere in the UK or beyond.
A trainer, coach and facilitator for the last 20 years, Caroline has worked in a variety of sectors. She has operated in senior roles in Learning and Development and Organisational Development. She has worked as an internal consultant as well as freelance. She is a very strong communicator and negotiator, demonstrating her credibility and integrity quickly across all levels of an organisation. She is quick to analyse a situation and present a series of practical solutions to meet client needs. She works as a trainer across the public and private sectors delivering in a wide range of topics including leadership and management, minute taking, presentation skills, time management, assertiveness, interview skills, CVs and written applications, coaching, mentoring, facilitation.

Caroline's main focus in training is leadership and management and a broad range of personal development skills as above.
She is a very experienced coach and and an award winning mentor. Her approach is to encourage self exploration by the use of key questioning and empathic listening. She has a keen interest in helping people develop both personally and professionally and is particularly strong in building rapport and supporting her clients in identifying and achieving their goals. Her own driving values are honesty, integrity and personal responsibility. She expects her coaching clients to approach their own development with the same sense of ownership and personal responsibility. She will challenge and support her clients, adopting the role of challenging friend.
She is also highly experienced in team development and facilitation including facilitating team events, action learning sets, meetings and conferences.
