hi everyone, for what it's worth I am now using Emergenetics - this is the only tool based on actual neuroscience, evidence based research; and assesses both thinking and also behavioural preferences. MBTi and similar are now 60 yrs old and on observed behaviours rather than factual. declaring no commercial interest, however anyone interested to know more, go to www.emergenetics.com
kind regards Jennifer |

Hi Sally
I'm exploring tools to use in our organisation and would also find it really helpful to see a copy of your overview. It would be great if you could send a copy please?
Many thanks Dara

Hi Jazz
I put together a brief overview of some of the main types of psychometrics which included Myers Briggs and OPQ32, including strengths and limitations. I'd be happy to send you a copy if you would let me know your email address.
