Good morning all,

I am just looking for a little feedback about Myers Briggs versus SHL. Our new MD wants to introduce Myers Briggs, we already have two memebers of our team trained SHL Psycometric Practioneers (qualified OPQ32). I would like understand what if any benefts could be brought to the company by introducting Myers Brigss, and what are the main differences between the two?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Jazz

hi everyone, for what it's worth I am now using Emergenetics - this is the only tool based on actual neuroscience, evidence based research; and assesses both thinking and also behavioural preferences. MBTi and similar are now 60 yrs old and on observed behaviours rather than factual.
declaring no commercial interest, however anyone interested to know more, go to www.emergenetics.com

kind regards

Hi Sally

I'm exploring tools to use in our organisation and would also find it really helpful to see a copy of your overview. It would be great if you could send a copy please?

Many thanks

Hi Jazz

I put together a brief overview of some of the main types of psychometrics which included Myers Briggs and OPQ32, including strengths and limitations. I'd be happy to send you a copy if you would let me know your email address.
