Hi everyone, would be grateful for help! I've been asked to run an online meeting for 35 people who are the same department but work in 2 main teams. They have had a rough time lately - lots of change and redundancies - and as a result they are feeling a bit down in the mouth and disillusioned. The teams aren't working in a silo, but they do tend to think that one team has it better than the other and vice versa. Their leader just wants them to have some fun now and would ideally like them to play nicely with eachother! She has asked if I can run something for them (30-40 mins). I'm not brilliant with things like Miro and apps but I can do teams break out rooms! I'm looking for something fun, participative that ideally isn't quiz based and that is easy for someone to facilitate who isn't great at running online meetings. Would love any ideas, advice etc

Hi Becky, I'd suggest you run a virtual treasure hunt. It's easy from a trainer perspective and a super fun activity for the participants. They can be put into teams that normally don't work together and will in doing that get to know each other even better whilst having fun. Do reach out directly if you'd like more info. Best, Lottie
