Recommended communication style questionnaire for workshop

Good afternoon - I wondered if anyone could recommend a good tried and tested communication styles questionnaire that I could use in a workshop and debrief afterwards? The department I am working with have some underlying issues around differing communication styles so it would be useful for them to understand their own style and the positives associated with it but also the perceived negatives from other communication styles so they can understand how they may come across to others and can tweak their style dependent on who they communicate with.

Thanks in advance

Hi I have used the Myers Briggs communication report in the past. Have pasted the link at the end of the message to detail of what this looks like. I found this tool easy to use as lots of guidance on how different types communicate and how they can adapt their natural style to help those with different preferences to get the best out of the transaction. https://eu.themyersbriggs.com/-/media/Files/PDFs/Reports-in-English/MBTI/MBTI_Sample_Communication_Style_Report.pdf

Hi Grace, Have you heard of DISC? There are several variations ranging from free and basic to paid for and in-depth. The former allowing someone to understand their own communication style to the latter also allowing them to see others communications styles too so they can adapt their approach. They tend to be online so might be something you could get your participants to complete prior and bring their report with them to the workshop for sharing and discussion?
